Amar Jyoti is a television program that is prepared and presented by
the Hindu Society of Berbice, Sri Krishna Mandir and is aired on
Little Rock Television Station ( LRTVS) on Friday nights at 8:00 p.m.
This program is dedicated to Hinduism and spirituality. It was started
10 years ago by Mataji Chandravati Maraj, Mr. Joe Nauth &
Pt. Vidyanand Persaud. Through the years there have been many guest
speakers and artists who have performed for the viewing pleasure of a
much supportive community in Berbice.
The Hindu Society of Berbice, Sri Krishna Mandir is committed to
educating the public and the T.V. provides that medium for us to reach
into every home.
